Footwork Masterclass
These 6 weeks long special workout series will fast track your ability to better reach previously unreachable balls, be lighter on your feed as well as improving your first step speed. Over 6 weeks you will train your footwork with a set of dedicated drills - improving week by week. This masterclass is dedicated to one single area of your tennis - better and faster footwork.
For best results do this workout 3 times a week. For example do the exercises on a Monday / Wednesday and a Friday. The Footwork Masterclass can be done at home as well as outside the house.
