This tennis fitness series is for 10&U players looking to get fitter, faster and stronger - the right way.
We have 10- & 20-minute workouts covering strength, speed and agility elements needed to boost your fitness-based tennis performance. The short version of the 10&U series is perfect for when you don't have the time to do the full workout or if you feel that your fitness level needs a more time, up until you can master the full 20 minutes workout.
All workouts take the fundamental fitness skills that you have developed so far to the next level. This programme will help maximise your tennis progress as it supports and prepares your body for a more demanding level of tennis to that which you play at the moment.
TRAIN AT HOME
You can do this workout from home with minimal space required, and if you feel fit & healthy, we recommend you do this workout up to 3 times a week.
We advise doing each workout for 4 weeks before moving on to the next programme.Should you feel the 10&U programme is too easy for you - please try the next level up - our yellow ball programme.
A NEW FITNESS PROGRAMME EVERY MONTH
These workouts will cover your 10&U tennis fitness journey for the whole year as new programme will be added every month.
With different exercises every month, it means you are working different muscle groups in different ways, meaning your body must adapt and stay responsive to your workout programme.
More adaptable athletes make better tennis players who are more capable of solving tricky match & movement situations on the court.
