This foundational 10&U workout is perfect for you when you feel that your fitness level needs more time until you can master the full intermediate 10&U workout. It takes the fundamental strength, speed and agility fitness skills that you have developed to the next level.

We recommend you do this workout 3 times a week.

TRAIN AT HOME
You can do these exercises from home with minimal space required.
We advise doing each programme for 4 weeks before moving to the next programme.

A NEW FITNESS PROGRAMME EVERY MONTH
These workouts will cover your 10&U tennis fitness journey for the whole year as a new programme will be added every month.

With different exercises every month, it means you are working different muscle groups in different ways, meaning your body must adapt and stay responsive to your workout programme.
