This speed masterclass will improve your on-court speed, make you execute skills on the court with better balance & protect you from injury.
Over 6 weeks you will increase your on-court speed with a set of dedicated drills which will become harder every week to ensure you are progressing.
This speed masterclass is focused specifically on one core area of your tennis - to be able to accelerate & stop on the tennis court - as well as to become faster when running on court.
For the best results do this workout 3 times a week. For example, do the exercises on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Should you want to combine this speed masterclass with any of the other programmes, make sure that you are doing it on alternating days.
This speed masterclass was filmed on a tennis court but it can be done in any indoor ( home ) or outdoor area of your choice.
