TRAIN AT HOME
You can do this workout from home & within a small space. If you feel fit & healthy do this workout up to 3 times a week.
We advise doing each workout for 4 weeks before moving on to the next workout. Should you feel the 8&U programme is too easy for you - please try the next level up - our 10&U programme.
A NEW FITNESS PROGRAMME EVERY MONTH
These workouts will cover your 8&U tennis fitness programme for the whole year as a new workout will be added every month.
Because you are doing different exercises every month it means that you are working different muscle groups in different ways, meaning that your body must adapt and stay responsive to your workout program.
