This footwork masterclass will improve your first step speed, your ability to stop and change direction and stay light on your feet for the whole match.
Over 6 weeks you will practice your footwork with a set of dedicated drills which will become harder every week to ensure you are progressing. This masterclass is focused specifically on one core area of your tennis - better and faster footwork.
For the best results do this workout 3 times a week. For example, do the exercises on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Should you want to combine this footwork masterclass with any of the other programmes, make sure that you are doing it on alternating days.
This footwork masterclass can also be done at home.
