You should do each workout for 4 weeks before moving on to the next programme.
A NEW FITNESS PROGRAMME EVERY MONTH
This programme will cover your yellow ball tennis fitness journey for the whole year as a new programme will be added every month.
With different exercises every month, it means you are working different muscle groups in different ways, meaning your body must adapt and stay responsive to your workout programme.
