10&U Foundational Programme

This tennis fitness series is for 10&U players looking to get fitter, faster and stronger - the right way.
This workout takes the fundamental fitness skills that you developed so far to the next level. It will help you to maximise your tennis progress as it supports and prepares your body for the more advanced tennis training you do right now.

It's ideal for anyone and everyone who wants to especially improve within 3 key areas:

Coordination - also called movement skills
Speed - be able to reach more of these unreachable balls
Body Strength - being able to perform your best tennis for longer

If you feel fit & healthy do this workout up to 3 times a week. You can do this tabbies fitness workout from home. You will need little to no equipment.
