The yellow ball programmes cover strength, speed and agility elements needed to boost your fitness-based tennis performance.
We have 10-minute as well as 20-minute programmes. The short version of the yellow ball series is perfect for when you don't have the time to do the full programme, or if you feel that your fitness level needs more time up until you can master the full 20 minutes workout.
TRAIN AT HOME
You can do this workout from home with minimal space required.
You should do each workout for 4 weeks before moving on to the next programme.
A NEW FITNESS PROGRAMME EVERY MONTH
These programmes will cover your yellow ball tennis fitness journey for the whole year as a new programme will be added every month.
With different exercises every month, it means you are working different muscle groups in different ways, meaning your body must adapt and stay responsive to your workout programme.
