8&U Programme
Our 8&U programme consists of individual monthly high energy tennis fitness workouts that focuses on the fundamental tennis fitness skills needed to bring your tennis to the next level. These workouts include all fitness elements needed to help your to play better tennis.
They are ideal for anyone and everyone who wants to improve within 3 key areas:
Balance & Coordination - also called movement skills
Speed - be able to reach more of these unreachable balls
Body Strength - being able to perform your best tennis for longer
Each workout in this series is about 10 minutes long. If you feel fit & healthy do this workout up to 3 times a week. You can do all these workouts from home & with little to no equipment.
