This masterclass is designed to improve your first step speed and your ability to stop and change direction more effectively. It focuses specifically on one core area of your tennis – better and faster footwork.
Over 6 weeks you will practice your footwork with a set of dedicated drills which will become harder every week to ensure you are progressing.
For the best results do this workout 3 times a week. For example, do the exercises on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Should you want to combine this footwork masterclass with any of the other tennis fitness programmes, make sure that you are doing it on alternating days.
This footwork masterclass can also be done at home.
